1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the KNM Labs website and the digital products you buy from us. The agreement is between you (the customer) and KNM Labs Pty Ltd (ABN supplied on tax invoices), an Australian company. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we sell

KNM Labs sells digital products — PDFs, document bundles, mini-courses, and template packs. The content is general information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. For personal circumstances, speak to a qualified, licensed professional.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Charges appear on your statement as KNM LABS or similar.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email link immediately after payment. The link is valid for 72 hours and can be re-requested by emailing [email protected].

5. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sub-license, or share the file with people who have not paid for it. This is a single-user licence unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent paywalls, scrape the site, or upload our content to other platforms.
• Do not represent our content as your own.
• Do not use our content to provide regulated professional services unless you are licensed to do so.

8. Disclaimers

Our products are general information. We make no warranty about outcomes, financial performance, health results, or business success. Use of any framework, template, or example is at your own risk. We do not provide personal advice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim is the price you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. The ACL consumer guarantees apply regardless.

12. Governing law
