Refund Policy

The short version

Every digital product sold by KNM Labs comes with a 14-day refund window. If the product does not deliver what is promised on its sales page, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We do not ask for a reason. The refund is processed back to the original payment method, usually within 3 business days.


Your statutory rights — Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not match the sales page. These rights cannot be waived. They are in addition to our 14-day window above.


What counts as not as described

  • Content materially different from what was promised on the sales page.
  • Broken or undeliverable download files.
  • Out-of-date legal, tax, or compliance information that we have failed to update.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind after the 14-day window has expired (unless ACL rights apply).
  • Claims about specific personal outcomes — our content is general information, not personal advice.
  • Charges made by your payment provider (FX, card surcharges, etc.).

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include your order ID (from the receipt email) and the product name.
  3. You will receive a confirmation within one business day. Refunds are processed via Stripe and usually appear within 3 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us makes the refund process slower and can flag your account. We will always refund a legitimate request.
